SCHIP Reauthorization Increase federal funding levels for the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) to ensure that states have sufficient resources not only to maintain their current caseloads, but also to increase the participation of eligible children that are not currently enrolled in the state children's health insurance program. 

Food StampsStrengthen the federal food stamp program by improving the adequacy of benefits, expanding eligibility for the program, and reducing access barriers.
