KAC testimony in opposition to SCR 1620, regarding a constitutional amendment on raising or levying taxes

KAC submitted testimony to the Senate Committee on Assessment and Taxation in opposition to SCR 1620, regarding amending the Kansas Constitution to require a supermajority of the Legislature (two-thirds of lawmakers in each chamber) to raise or levy new taxes.
