KAC testimony in support of HB 2711, regarding gradually reducing the state food sales tax

KAC presented testimony to the House Committee on Taxation in support of HB 2711, which would gradually reduce the state sales tax on food beginning July 1, 2022. Five other bills have been introduced to end the state food sales tax; the differences are analyzed here.
