KAC testimony in support of House Bill 2250, increasing the Newborn Screening Program’s capitation limit

KAC submitted testimony to the House Committee on Social Services Budget in support of House Bill 2250, increasing the Newborn Screening Program’s capitation limit from $2.5 million to $5 million, as well as updating outdated terminology in statute.
