Karuva Kaseke

Fiscal Policy Analyst

Karuva Kaseke joined Kansas Action for Children in March 2021 as the fiscal policy analyst. She has a public administration background and previously worked in local governments in Kansas and Utah. She focused on budget analysis and public education, combining her love of good governance and informed civic engagement. 

Karuva earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in peace and social justice studies from Berea College, and a Master’s in public administration from Brigham Young University. A native of Zimbabwe and former resident of Kentucky and Utah, Karuva chose to make Kansas her home in 2019. She has enjoyed exploring the state through long weekend drives and regional foods.
