KAC Opposes Bill Expanding Child Support Cooperation to Receive Food Assistance

KAC presented opponent testimony to the House Committee on Welfare Reform on HB 2141, which would require non-custodial parents to fully cooperate with Child Support Services or be denied food assistance benefits.
