KAC Opposes Bill Expanding Child Support Cooperation to Receive Food Assistance - Senate

KAC presented opponent testimony to the Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare on HB 2141, which would require non-custodial parents to fully cooperate with Child Support Services or be denied food assistance benefits.
