Opponent Testimony on SB 282, regarding Changing Child Care Regulations

KAC presented opponent testimony to the Senate Committee on Commerce on SB 282, which would change child care regulations, including increasing child-to-staff ratios, decreasing the minimum age a provider can be, putting regulations in law, and more.
