Opponent Testimony on Sub. for SB 29, regarding Banning Public Health Gathering Prohibitions in Case of Disease Outbreak

KAC provided testimony to the House Committee on Health and Human Services in opposition to Sub. for SB 29, which would prohibit public health officials from disallowing public gatherings in light of disease outbreaks.
