Proponent Testimony on HB 2044, regarding Prohibiting Discrimination Against Hair Texture and Protective Hairstyles

KAC presented proponent testimony to the House Committee on Federal and State Affairs on HB 2044, which would add hair texture and protective hairstyles to the Kansas Act Against Discrimination.
