Proponent Testimony on SB 45, regarding Fixing the CHIP Eligibility Error

KAC presented proponent testimony to the Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare on SB 45, which would remove the "2008" year reference that determines children's eligibility for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
