KAC Testimony on the Office of Early Childhood Budget (Senate)

KAC provided proponent testimony to the Senate Committee on Ways and Means on the Kansas Office of Early Childhood (KOEC) budget, which would consolidate early childhood programs under a new state office to improve coordination and efficiency.
