Opponent Testimony on HB 2673, regarding Banning SNAP from Being Used on Candy/Soda

KAC presented testimony to the House Committee on Welfare Reform in opposition to HB 2673, regarding requiring the state to annually ask the USDA for a waiver to allow Kansas to ban SNAP benefits from being used on soda and candy.
