Opponent Testimony on House Sub. for SB 96, regarding Detrimental Changes to Child Care Regulations

KAC submitted testimony to the House Committee on Commerce, Labor and Economic Development in opposition to House Sub. for SB 96, which would detrimentally change child care standards like staff-to-child ratios and provider training requirements.
