Opponent Testimony on SB 539, regarding a Tax Plan that Includes a Flat Tax

KAC submitted testimony to the Senate Committee on Assessment and Taxation in opposition to SB 539, a large scale tax plan that would implement a single-income tax bracket (flat tax).
