Opponent Testimony to SB 29, regarding Weakening of Public Health Laws

KAC provided testimony to the Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare in opposition to SB 29, which would weaken laws allowing local and state governments to respond to infectious disease outbreaks (like quarantines).
