Opposition Testimony on HB 2140, regarding Increasing the ABAWD Age Range

KAC presented testimony to the House Committee on Welfare Reform in opposition to HB 2140, regarding increasing the "able bodied adults without dependents" (ABAWDs) age range from 18-49 to 18-59 to work 30 hours a week or require participation in a work training program to receive food assistance benefits.
