Proponent testimony on HB 2407, regarding Changing Parental Consent Requirements for Non-academic Surveys

KAC submitted proponent testimony to the House Committee on Child Welfare and Foster Care on HB 2407, which would change parental consent requirements from an opt-in to an opt-out method for non-academic questionnaires.
