Proponent Testimony on SB 271 to the Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare

KAC provided proponent testimony to the Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare on SB 271, which would make technical fixes to the Children's Health Insurance Program statute, including permanently removing an unintended 2008-year reference that has affected eligibility for nearly 18 years.
